About Jewelry Repair

We’re a family business, not a big impersonal chain. We treat you with the same respect and integrity that we would family, and we provide superior workmanship you can’t get anywhere else. That’s how we’ve done business for over 30 years.

Who we are

We are a family-owned and operated business. Our expert jewelers are Andy Tutor, his son Kevin, and Kevin’s wife Whitney. Andy was apprenticed in the trade by his father and has been providing expert repair services for over 30 years. Kevin and Whitney both possess degrees in Metal Design from ECU and are skilled in both repair and custom design.

Our Story

For over 30 years we have served Fayetteville and the surrounding area with expert jewelry repair and custom work. For most of that time we worked for the local jewelry stores. Then it occurred to us: why not eliminate the big jewelry store overhead and serve customers face-to-face?

We set up a repair kiosk in Cross Creek Mall offering jewelry repair within an hour and built a glass enclosed workspace so our customers could watch us work. Since we started at that first kiosk, we have expanded twice adding more equipment to serve you better and adding display cases for our custom designs and unique jewelry.
